Terms & Conditions
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of £50 payable
at the time of booking
Short notice of two weeks or less before acquiring the keys must be paid in full
by
credit / debit card through PayPal (fee payable) you will be invoiced by e-mail.
Balances are payable six weeks before acquiring
the keys. Only persons named on
the booking form shall be permitted in the caravan, no
other persons permitted,
breach of contract will result in the entire party being asked to leave without
refunds
The Hirer is required to leave the caravan in a clean and
tidy condition,
Insurance
A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking and returned two weeks following the end of any rental,
Any damage
to the caravan shall be deducted up to £50 more serious damage will be billed
Cancellations
Cancellations in receipt by us before six weeks shall be
refunded in full,
Cancellations in receipt by us within six weeks shall be
refunded in full minus deposit paid,
Cancellations in receipt by us within 48
hours before acquiring the keys incurs no refund
Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances
beyond our control a full refund
of any money paid will be returned
