The caravan is a ABI Brisbane 2004
model; 35 feet by 12 feet with two bedrooms plus a pull out double bed
in the living room making the caravan a six berth. The master bedroom has double
bed,
twin beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom has shower unit with low
step and glass door. The kitchen features a full sized stainless steel sink, 600mm wide oven and hob,
a dining area with free standing table and four chairs.
Added in June 2005, a decking area 16 feet by 8 feet. Straight out of the lounge onto your very own private balcony, the perfect setting for morning breakfast or evening drinks before going out for your nightly cabaret.
The caravan is situated
approximately 35 feet (1 caravan length) from the lake where the
fishermen and women among
you can fish for tench, perch, pike, roach and carp;
subject to holding a
current NATIONAL RIVERS AUTHORITY FISHING LICENCE,
available from reception.
